AeroFind Customer Demo Script

Use this for a 20 to 30 minute customer demo. Keep the flow operational: passenger report, staff action, delivery proof, GDPR controls.

1. Opening

  1. State that this is a demo environment with fictional data.
  2. Frame the problem: delayed bags, passenger communication load, station handovers, courier proof, GDPR evidence.
  3. Open the passenger portal first, not the admin area.

2. Passenger Flow

  1. Create or show a delayed baggage PIR.
  2. Show baggage tags, flight details, contact address, and uploaded evidence.
  3. Open the tracking/manage view from the passenger perspective.

3. Staff Operations

  1. Open staff portal.
  2. Show station queue, urgent cases, and case detail.
  3. Update status and point out audit logging.
  4. Show email queue or AI-drafted response as staff-reviewed, not autonomous.

4. Delivery and Proof

  1. Show courier assignment or delivery portal.
  2. Show proof-of-delivery fields: recipient, photo/signature/GPS where enabled.
  3. Explain secure file access through tokenised links.

5. Compliance Controls

  1. Open GDPR/DSAR area.
  2. Show DSAR export and anonymisation controls.
  3. Show DPA register and retention status.
  4. Explain that production compliance requires customer DPAs and deployment sign-off.
